Terms of Service

These terms are between you and FindNestee (sole proprietorship), Address not yet published, Nashik, Maharashtra 422001, India(“FindNestee”, “we”). By using the site or creating an account, you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

We publish rental listings and let tenants contact property owners directly. We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000: the listings are created by owners, not by us.

We are not a broker, agent or property dealer. We don't negotiate on anyone's behalf, don't take commission on a rental, and are not a party to any agreement you reach with an owner or tenant.

Listings are created by owners and publish immediately. We do not check them beforehand. We remove listings that are reported or that we find to be fake, and we may suspend or restrict an account we believe is abusing the platform.

• We do not approve or review listings before they go live.
• We do not visit properties in person.
• We do not verify ownership, title or the right to let.
• We do not verify that photos are current or of the property described.
• We do not check the identity of tenants or owners beyond their email address.

Verify before you pay. See the property yourself, ask for proof of ownership and identity, and get your agreement in writing.

Rent, deposits and any other payment move directly between tenant and owner. FindNestee does not collect, hold, process or refund them.

We will never ask you to pay a deposit, token, booking fee or rent to FindNestee or to any account we nominate. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for money, it is a scam — please report it to support@findnestee.com.

FindNestee is free for tenants. Owners pay ₹49 to publish a listing for 21 days, with their first listing free; see Pricing. That listing fee is the only charge we make, and we take no commission on a rental. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing auto-renews.

Keep your login details to yourself, give accurate information, and keep it current. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

If you list a property, you confirm that:

• you own it or are authorised to let it;
• the details, rent and photos are accurate and of that property;
• you'll take the listing down or deactivate it once it's no longer available;
• your listing does not discriminate on grounds of religion, caste, ethnicity, disability or sex. Stating a genuine preference such as family, bachelors or students is allowed; refusing someone on the grounds above is not.

Listings go inactive 21 days after they last went live. You can renew from your dashboard.

• Post fake, duplicate or misleading listings.
• Use the platform to advertise brokerage services or charge tenants a finder's fee.
• Scrape, bulk-download or republish listings or contact details.
• Harass other users, or use contact details for marketing unrelated to the listing.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We can suspend or remove any account or listing that breaks these rules, usually with notice, immediately where the breach is serious.

You keep ownership of your photos, video and listing text. By uploading them you give us permission to display and distribute them as part of the service, including in search results. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.

We provide the platform as it is. We don't promise that a listing is accurate, that a property is as described, that an owner or tenant will behave well, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a rental arrangement made through the platform, including deposits lost, misrepresented properties or disputes between tenant and owner. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Contact our grievance officer at grievance@findnestee.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll tell you in the app if a change materially affects you. Continuing to use FindNestee after that means you accept the new terms.
