The problem we're solving
In most Indian cities, finding a rental means going through a broker who charges one to two months' rent for an introduction that takes an afternoon. Tenants pay it because they have no other way to see what's available. Owners accept it because they have no other way to reach tenants.
Both sides are paying for a problem that a list can solve. That list is what we build.
How it works
- 1An owner lists a property. Photos, rent and their contact number. The first listing is free, then ₹49 each — never a commission.
- 2It goes live. The listing publishes straight away — there's no approval queue. It stays up for 21 days, and the owner can renew it to keep it listed.
- 3Tenants browse and call. Search by locality, budget and property type, then call or WhatsApp the owner straight from the listing.
- 4You deal direct. Visit, negotiate and sign with the owner. We're not part of that conversation and we take no fee from it.
How we make money
Owners pay ₹49 to publish a listing for 21 days. Their first listing is free, so nobody pays before seeing whether the platform works for them.
That is the only thing we charge, to anyone. Tenants are never charged to search, browse, shortlist or contact an owner, and we take no commission or percentage of rent or deposit from either side. We'd rather charge a small, visible, predictable fee than take a cut of a deal we had no part in.

What we don't do
- We don't inspect properties in person. Listings publish without us checking them first. We take down what's reported or found to be fake, and restrict accounts that abuse the platform. Always see a place yourself before paying anything.
- We don't verify ownership documents. Ask to see proof of ownership before you sign or transfer money.
- We don't handle payments. Rent and deposits are paid directly to the owner. We will never ask you to pay a deposit through us.
- We're not a party to your agreement. The rental contract is between you and the owner.
