What exactly am I paying for?
₹49 publishes one property for 21 days. During that window it appears in search and tenants can call or WhatsApp you directly from the listing.
After 21 days the listing goes inactive. Your photos, video, views and enquiry history are all kept — pay ₹49 again from your dashboard to put it back up, and the 21 days restart from that moment.
Is the first listing really free?
Yes. The first property you ever list costs nothing, so you can see whether the platform works for you before paying anything. The allowance is once per account, not once per property — your second listing onwards is ₹49 each.
Do you take a cut of the rent?
No. ₹49 per listing is the only thing we charge, to anyone. We take no brokerage, no commission and no percentage of your rent or deposit, and we are not involved in the money between you and your tenant.
Taxes and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card details. Any applicable GST is included in the price shown.
